What you can expect if a membership or session isn't right for you.

In short: if you've watched very little of the course material and you tell us within 14 days of your first payment, we'll refund you. Beyond that, or once you've consumed a significant portion of the content, we generally can't — because digital education can't be returned once it's been viewed.
If you are unhappy with your membership, contact us within 14 calendar days of your first payment and we will refund that payment in full, provided you have not completed more than 20% of the lessons in your tier and have not downloaded the indicator or expert advisor files.
This applies to your first membership purchase only. It does not apply to renewals of a membership you have already used, or to repeat purchases after a previous refund.
Our courses, indicators, and expert advisors are digital goods delivered immediately. Once material has been watched or a tool has been downloaded, it cannot be returned. We track lesson progress automatically, so we can see what has actually been accessed — this protects both of us and keeps the policy honest rather than arbitrary.
Memberships are sold as fixed terms. We will send a reminder before a term ends. If you no longer want to continue, cancel or simply do not renew before the term expires.
If you were charged for a renewal you did not intend and you contact us within 7 days of that charge, having not accessed any new content in the new term, we will refund it.
Email us from the address on your account, or use the contact form, including:
We aim to respond within 2 business days and to process approved refunds within 10 business days.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method wherever possible.
If a refunded purchase generated a referral reward for another member, we may reverse that reward. If you paid a discounted price using a referral or coupon, any refund is of the amount you actually paid, not the full list price.
Please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank. Almost every dispute we've seen is a misunderstanding we could have resolved in a day. Raising a chargeback without contacting us first may result in your account being suspended while the dispute is investigated.
Nothing in this policy removes rights you have under applicable consumer protection law in your country of residence. Where local law grants you stronger rights than this policy, those rights apply.
If anything here is unclear, ask us before you subscribe — we would much rather explain it upfront than argue about it later.
